Mubaloo is currently looking for two talented individuals to join our exciting and rapidly expanding team in Bristol.  Current positions available include App Designer and Mobile Web Developer.

App Designer

Mubaloo is looking for a talented designer to join our app design team. You will be working closely with the other designers, and our team of developers, to create highly functional and beautiful apps for large corporate companies. We develop for iPhone, Android, iPad, Android tablet, Blackberry and web apps and you will get the chance to learn these platforms and how to design specifically for each.

The job includes working out user journeys, doing detailed wireframing and finished user interface design. Previous experience in mobile design is a plus, but not essential.

Essential skills include:

At least 3 years experience in the design industry, strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, an excellent eye for graphics design, the ability to work autonomously, a good grasp of functionality and a very strong passion for mobile.

Nice to have: Previous experience in mobile, skills in Adobe Fireworks, Omigraffle, Powerpoint, previous knowledge of UX.

Salary £18-£25k dependant on experience.

Mobile Web Developer

The Mobile Web Developer role is an exciting opportunity for someone to put into practice all of those new technologies that you have heard of but maybe haven't had the chance to use on the desktop web yet. We build mobile web applications using HTML5 and its various API's along with CSS3 and Javascript and deploy them either to servers or nicely wrapped up in PhoneGap as installable applications. You should be constantly looking to push the browser to its limits and be able to think outside the box when the browser or platform decides it doesn't want to play nicely.
