For 40 years, Eurocamp has been offering parties of all sizes comprehensive holidays, across 180 European outdoor holiday destinations.
To enhance the customer experience, Eurocamp wanted to provide their customers with a holiday companion that would add value and inspire during their getaway; through the use of insightful information about their destination, as well as a host of useful tools to assist any modern traveller.
Eurocamp chose to work with Mubaloo to create a prototype app to explore how to move beyond providing customers with just a digital brochure, but rather to develop a multifunctional tool to enhance their holiday experience. Eurocamp wanted to explore opportunities for creating a tool that guests could use through the entirety of their Eurocamp experience, from booking to returning home.
Mubaloo ran a user experience workshop with Eurocamp, to produce a prototype to test the concepts and ideas discussed during the workshop.
