Experian – the global information solutions company - wanted to work with a technology partner to develop an engaging interactive mobile application to disseminate demographic and lifestyle information on all UK consumers using their award winning Mosaic UK classification. The application was targeted at media planners and buyers from advertising and digital media agencies, as well as marketing professionals from finance, leisure and retail organisations.
Our Solution
The Experian Mosaic UK app is designed to help people and businesses understand more about a location and the people it serves. Its purpose is to provide quick and easy access to information on consumers and local areas whilst on the move. As well as providing its B2B customers with an engaging medium for accessing Mosaic, the application also provides Experian’s sales force with a tool to help demonstrate Mosaic. Mubaloo developed an app that exploited the power of Experian’s Mosaic UK classification by incorporating augmented reality, location based services and web services to provide the demographic profile of a location or neighbourhood whatever the location of the user.
The app was designed to save, compare and contrast demographic profiles, which can be summarised in a pdf report and emailed to a client or colleague.

Working together with Experian, Mubaloo created a best practice and intuitive application that provides easy access to Experian’s wealth of geo-demographic data for use by advertising agencies and advertisers throughout the UK
