When Apple launched the iPhone 4S back in October, it said its research shows that more than 90% of Fortune 500 companies are deploying or testing iPhone and iPads.
The Met Office Weather app, developed by Mubaloo, has been downloaded over 1m times – nearly half of which have come since the app's relaunch less than two weeks ago.
The Met Office has launched its first app for Android, alongside an update for its iOS app, developed by Mubaloo. The Met Office Weather app includes a dashboard widget, and severe weather alerts, as well as three-hourly forecasts and a five-day overview over 5,000 locations.
The UK's Met Office has taken its official app to Android, offering five-day forecasts, weather warnings and maps, UV forecasts and "feels like temperature" figures. It was developed by Mubaloo.
