Many companies, including NTS and Genesis talked about seamless, proactive, personalised approaches to a brand’s omnichannel retail strategy. Wispi and YEAY are both companies offering new and innovative ways of using video to sell products and engage an audience interactively.
Soundwaves are the next big thing and were a big topic at MWC17, with more and more technology being developed to use an individual’s voice as a unique login identifier. Other ways that authentication is being explored, is using someone’s phone number for real-time identification.
