Last Friday, the UK Digital Experience Awards, in association with the UK Customer Experience Awards, held its awards ceremony to highlight the products demonstrating the best customer experience through digital channels. After a two stage judging process, we are delighted to announce that London’s Air Ambulance took the prize in the Charity/Not for Profit category.

Since its launch in January, this has been a fantastic year for London Air Ambulance’s Dispatch App, developed in partnership with EE and Mubaloo. Aside from helping to increase London Air Ambulance’s chance of saving lives this year, the Dispatch App has been shortlisted or won a number of awards. These include winning for innovation, in the Air Ambulance community and in the mobile space, with wins in the Digital Entrepreneur and the Mobile Innovation Awards.
