As the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, Gartner helps business leaders make the right decisions, every day. Gartner’s analysts are based in more than 26 countries, speaking 50 languages and have deep knowledge about technologies that help businesses solve challenges.

In one of its latest reports, ‘Market Trends: How Service Providers Can Differentiate for Their Digitization Services’[1], Gartner has identified Mubaloo as a niche service provider that provides digitisation services.

In the report, which is available to download to Gartner clients here, Gartner identifies that: ’By providing digitization services, service providers are the technology partners of their clients as part of their operating model transformation and business process optimization’ and ‘service providers that can provide a roadmap or vision for IT leaders from renovating their core IT to getting ready for digital business, where digitization is part of it, will have an advantage.’

The report also identifies that digitisation service buyers look for technical skills and speed to value:

‘They also seek service providers that can demonstrate agility and responsiveness, have solid skills in technology domains (such as applications, infrastructure and networks), and have a good understanding of their industry and business processes, as well as investments in configurable solutions, repeatable intellectual property (IP) and assets that can provide rapid ROI or enhance speed to value.’

Sarah Weller, Managing Director London of Mubaloo commented, “Over the past few years, Mubaloo has been working to build on its expertise within the enterprise apps market, to deliver innovation services and move from planning around mobile apps to delivering full consultancy services. We believe that Gartner’s report reinforces Mubaloo’s approach over the past few years and perfectly outlines the way in which we work with the companies who choose us to help with digitisation.”

Mubaloo has been mentioned as a mobility specialist service provider, alongside eight other smaller, niche service providers.
