Deal Expands and Strengthens Ansible, the networks’ dedicated full-service mobile agency

London, 8th February, 2016: IPG Mediabrands has acquired the UK’s leading enterprise mobile consultancy and app developer, Mubaloo. The move brings enterprise mobility capabilities to the group in the UK for the first time, in response to the growing trend of CIOs and CMOs working together to drive transformation and improvements, via mobile. Mubaloo will be housed within Ansible, the specialist mobile division of IPG Mediabrands.

Through MubalooMediabrands is now able to deliver end-to-end mobile programmes; incorporating consulting, creative, UX, responsive sites, apps, enterprise integration and connected IoT technologies, such as beacons, to drive profitability and productivity.

The acquisition extends Mediabrands’ full-service mobile footprint into the UK, with Mubaloo’s resources supporting the global expansion of Ansible. The organisation now owns a unique set of capabilities and talent allowing it to offer clients a complete and strategic service exploring mobility opportunities for brands.

In addition to this acquisition for Ansible, IPG Mediabrands’ CEO Henry Tajer has announced that in the coming months Ansible will be established in a further six offices around the world, creating a robust and enviable global mobile network.
