We are thrilled to have won two shiny awards at this year’s first ever Appsters ceremony: App Developer of the Year & Appsters Champion 2012!

Mark Mason, CEO and founder of Mubaloo, commented: “We are delighted to have won these awards. It is so rewarding to see all of our hard work being recognised by people in the industry.”
The Appsters Champion 2012 award was given to “the most deserving of all the winners” and along with App Developer of the Year, was judged by a panel of independent experts including Steve Wing, Head of Digital Marketing at the Guardian, David Murfitt, Global Mobile Services Director at Unilever, and David Slocombe, Head of Mobile Development at lastminute.com. The panel of judges can be found on the Appsters website.
The Appsters were held last night for the first time in conjunction with global mobile event Apps World, which is now in its third year. Mubaloo CEO Mark Mason was part of yesterday’s keynote panel ‘Examining app usage within the enterprise’ and our Head of Android, Scott Alexander-Bown, presented a talk on app security within the enterprise.
We were delighted to have been joined by Nikki and Charley from the Met Office, having been shortlisted for Best Consumer App 2012. Congratulations to the London 2012 app team who went away with the award and also to all other winners!
We’ll be on stand 165 today at Apps World, don’t forget to drop by and say hello!
