We’re very pleased to announce that we will be joining Kelway at EHI Live, the biggest healthcare conference and exhibition in the UK, focused on eHealth on the 4th and 5th of November in Birmingham.
Mubaloo will be joining Kelway at the event, providing insight into how custom apps and beacon technology can be used to drive improvements to healthcare.
Healthcare has been one of the key areas Mubaloo has focused on over the years. When deployed properly, mobilisation can lead to huge improvements to operations, patient care and the ability to collect patient data.
A recent report by PwC, looking at mHealth in the UK, revealed that improved quality of care was the number one reason the NHS, insurers and private payers thought mobile could bring benefits to healthcare.
Mobile apps have been instrumental for making people more aware of their health and fitness. A Flurry study from this year also revealed that health and fitness apps have seen a 62% increase in usage between January to June 2014.
Mobile has been key in recent years in helping people revolutionise healthcare across the world. This trend is set to continue with the introduction of wearables, which have the potential to provide doctors with information that could help them to detect problems with patients, for example.
We will be on Kelway’s stand showcasing how beacons can be used by healthcare providers to help with in-and-out patient care and operational improvements.
