The Mobile Innovation Awards were launched to recognise excellence and innovation in mobile across Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Sponsored by TSYS, Mubaloo has been recognised as a key player in this space.
Mubaloo has been awarded Most Impressive Agency at the awards, beating out strong competition from the winner of the Most Impressive Agency category alongside finalists including Ketchup Loyalty Marketing and MOBGEN. Mubaloo was awarded this in recognition for its work with the likes of Aviva, SEI, Haymarket Media and Bang & Olufsen. In their feedback, the judges said, “It was a unanimous decision to award Mubaloo, which impressed with its case studies, and it’s clear understanding of the importance of business transformation and the disruption of the existing order with mobile innovation.” Mubaloo is thrilled to win this award and be recognised for our work.
Our work with London’s Air Ambulance and EE in developing the Dispatch app was also recognised, as Mubaloo was awarded the winner of the Most Innovative Development – information category. This was in recognition of the extent to which this mobile innovation solution can help impact the delivery of crucial life saving care by London’s Air Ambulance. The Dispatch app was also awarded the overall regional award (Europe) for all app categories entered this year.
The judges commented saying, “a unanimous winner that won on its merits. This is an example of a very unusual use of information that demonstrates the effectiveness of mobile to provide information quickly with real time results. What can be more important than saving a life? A good lesson for massive organisations in how to use real time data to good effect.”
